We are the most active provider of Employers Agent, Independent Tester and Independent Certifier services in the UK with over £300 million of construction work in progress provided under NHS LIFT arrangements. We work with local NHS Trusts, with Mental Health providers, the Blood Transfusion Service and Great Ormond Street Hospital. Our complimentary expertise in the Education sectors means that we work in many of the specialist teaching hospitals such as the Freeman in Newcastle upon Tyne, the leading experts in heart care and with Imperial College London. Our Mental Health expertise includes Medium and High Secure Units and Broadmoor Psychiatric Hospital. We specialise in Life Cycle Costing, Whole Life Costs and Facilities Management taking a long term view of capital and revenue costs where we provide this service to PFI Clients and Contractors.
