Working with English Heritage, the National Trust and The National Trust for Scotland in preserving the nations heritage. We also work with individual organisations responsible for single buildings. Our Building Surveying team is experienced in carrying our surveys and identifying essential remedial works. We have Surveyors that are knowledgeable in stone, lead and slate and who understand historic construction and detailing. We are retained by Northumberland Estates and Alnwick Garden and Castle; working for the Duke and Duchess of Northumberland and we are privileged to have been involved in Alnwick Gardens and the Tree House project, The Duchess's vision to transform the existing derelict 12-acre walled garden located within the grounds of the Alnwick Castle in Northumberland into a beautiful public space accessible to everyone, a garden for contemplation, fun, inspiration and education and now a major visitor attraction.
