Projects include speculative developer lead schemes and major headquarters buildings for businesses and government departments. Summers Inman is a corporate member of the British Council for Offices (BCO) obtaining technical and commercial updates on emerging innovation in commercial development including the latest trends in BREEAM and other "green" issues. The Practice has been involved in a number of award winning schemes and actively encourages the use of sustainable building methods.
