A wide ranging sector that includes social housing, inner city apartments, houses for sale, student accommodation and key worker housing. Our Clients include Developers, RSL, Local Authority and Universities and Hospitals. We pay particular attention to environmental issues and our staff includes Eco Homes Assessors and those with particular expertise in Decent Homes Standards and The Code for Sustainable Homes. Our work in the Education sector has allowed us to be involved in many large student schemes often delivering several hundred units at a time. The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) requires a detailed knowledge of cost allowances and ensures that homes are built in an economically, socially and environmentally sustainable way, as well as promoting good design; this often demands the strictest budgetary control. At the opposite end of the sector we have been involved in several high profile inner city "water front" apartment schemes where the latest fashion in fixtures, fittings, mechanical and electrical services, sound and security systems is required.
