The UK Roofing Awards have become an industry-wide event that recognise and reward outstanding standards of workmanship and safety within the roofing industry.
The roof refurbishment of The University of Edinburgh, category B listed, Joseph Black Chemistry building has won the Single Ply Roofing category award. The project involved the extensive replacement of the existing flat and pitched roof coverings and the reconfiguration of rainwater drainage to this prestigious building, constructed in 1920. Summers-Inman provided design, contract administration, quantity surveying and project management services and were delighted to be involved in this award winning and successful project. The single ply roofing works were undertaken by Briggs Amasco. For further details, please contact email@example.com
