East Shore Student Village, St Andrews

Summers Inman were recently appointed as Employers Agent and Cost Consultant on a new student facility in St Andrews.  This exciting new scheme incorporates 135 student accommodation places aimed at the postgraduate market in three district blocks constructed in zinc, brick and glass.  The scheme also provides a dedicated nursery area leased by the University.  As part of the overall delivery, a landscaped feature was provided bordering the stunning location of the town’s East Sands and featured Scots granite sections etched with the specially commissioned poetry of Jacob Polley.
