David is a chartered quantity surveyor and project manager and is responsible for the management and expansion of our core services delivered from the Leeds office at Thorpe Park in Leeds. Being in the Northern Region of the group David works closely with the Directors and senior management team across the Northern region.

The majority of David's 20+ years of experience has been gained in working in partnership with public and private clients encompassing numerous sectors including housing, leisure, education, health, industrial and commercial. David has extensive experience in EU public procurement procedures and continues to play an integral part in the many of the Frameworks that we are involved in. David often acts as procurement advisor for our RSL clients in the region for Frameworks and is extremely passionate about community regeneration and involvement.

David's willingness to listen to others and promote a culture of collaboration continues to strengthen the solutions provided by the practice.

David has been a primary school Governor in his hometown of Harrogate for the last 8 years and past President of Harrogate Rotaract Club. Away from the office David's enjoyment comes in the form of archery, fly-fishing and mountain walking.
