He joined Summers-Inman in 1977 and during his career has successfully managed a wide variety of commissions in most sectors of the property market.

David's particular experience in recent years includes a number of PPP schools programmes, offices and mixed-use developments, third party primary healthcare facilities, major inner city regeneration projects, student's accommodation facilities and private residential developments. He also provides Monitoring Surveying services to a number of Banks on a wide variety of projects from small residential sites to major mixed-use commercial developments. David developed expertise in providing expert advice and reports to Solicitors involved in dispute resolution.

When not being a Quantity Surveyor David is an active squash player and also enjoys, golf, fishing, hill walking and attempting to play the guitar.
