Graeme Yuill
Director, based in Edinburgh

Graeme is a Director in our Edinburgh Office specialising in cost management services. He joined Summers Inman in 1990 and has over 25 years experience in the profession.

During that time Graeme has worked on a wide variety of projects utilising a variety of forms of procurement. Graeme has specific experience of projects in the Health and Education sector often involving extensive mechanical and electrical services as well as complex alterations to existing buildings.

Graeme currently is the Director in charge of the new £34m Scottish Centre for Regenerative Medicine for The University of Edinburgh and has recently completed the refurbishment and extensions to the School of Social and Political Studies in George Square, Edinburgh for the same client. Other work in this sector includes the refurbishment of the main library for the University of Stirling, new residencies for the University of St Andrews and laboratory refurbishments for Heriot Watt University. Graeme has also acted as QS and Project Manager on a number of Primary Healthcare Developments in locations as diverse as Lossiemouth, Leslie, Gateshead, Dalkeith and Bellshill.

Graeme's spare time tends to involve acting as a taxi driver to his two daughters who seem to have a better social life than he does! Outside this important role Graeme is a keen traveller, hill walker and photographer.
