Local Director, based in Stafford
David Borasinski MRICS was part of the Inman's team having rejoined them in 1985, has over 30 years experience within the construction industry.
David is a chartered quantity surveyor and is based in our Stafford office at Greyfriars Business Park, where he is responsible for the management and expansion of our core services.
The majority of DavidŐs experience has been gained working in partnership with public and private clients, particularly specialising in the Health care sector.
Specialist experience includes Procurement, Cost Management, Cost Planning, value Engineering and Risk Management. David is the Midlands lead in the Procure 21 process and has worked extensively both on the Client and PSCP side.
David's hobbies away from the office includes playing golf and DIY.
