Completion of Life Cycle and Whole Cost Modelling Considerable experience in Industrial Plants and Warehousing/Distribution, Retail, Social Housing, Education, Health and Leisure Schemes. Experienced in Project Management from inception stage through procurement, construction and commissioning. Considerable experience on the effective management of design and construction projects of various types and with different methods of procurement. Recent projects have involved regeneration and capacity building initiatives, particularly with Leicester Housing Association and New Life Regeneration construction Ltd.

Experience of building disputes, adjudication and dispute resolution.
