Associate Director, based in Leicester
Simon Collin Dip Surv MRICS is an Associate Director in our Leicester Office and has over 30 years experience in the Construction industry, having experience of various forms of procurement and building types.
Simon joined Summers-Inman in 2007 from a leading professional Practice where he was responsible for projects in the East Midlands. Specialist experience includes procurement, Cost Management, Cost Planning, Risk Management and Value Engineering. Working from a core skill of Quantity Surveying, Simon has acted as Employer's Agent/Project Manager on projects in various sectors.
Simon has strong market sector experience in education and healthcare delivering large University projects and Primary Care Centres.
Simon enjoys playing cricket for his local village team and has been a member of the same cricket club for 35 years. Simon also enjoys walking with the family cocker spaniel.
