Steve trained and qualified as a Quantity Surveyor and Cost Manager but has considerable experience in both Project Management and Construction Management. Successfully completed projects include many fast-track programmes particularly in the food and drinks industry working closely with process or production engineers often on operational sites.
In recent years Project Management work has included a number of challenging projects for Blue Chip Clients requiring specialist innovation and application in the project delivery to achieve a successful outcome.
Steve has considerable experience of whole life costs and life cycle cost models particularly for PFI projects and also specialist capital allowances skills for calculating qualifying costs for plant and machinery allowances.
In his spare time Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and family, walking and watching sports rather than participating in sports these days. Steve also enjoys restoring old buildings and appreciates good architecture and traditional craftsmanship.
