


Brian has had considerable experience in the building industry over 43 years working as a quantity surveyor, project manager, planning supervisor and recently as a Registered CDM-Coordinator. He has experience of both new build and renovation in housing, education, prison work and health and in mass house condition surveys.
Brian was the Buildings and Civils PM, QS and PS for the Argent Bio-Diesel production plant in North Lanarkshire and carried out the same role for the proposed second plant in Cheshire (currently on hold). He is carrying out the same role for the Balcas timber pellet and CHP plant in Invergordon, which will be the largest timber pellet plant in Scotland. He has also been the lead QS for Diageo on the new Roseisle Malt Whisky Distillery near Elgin.
Outside the office he enjoys hill walking and occasional curling. He retired from white water rafting in August 2007.
