Due to an expanding workload our Newcastle upon Tyne office is looking for a high calibre CDM Coordinator to add further quality to our existing team, delivering the full range of CDM and Health & Safety Advisor services on a range of varied and interesting projects across all market sectors.

Requirements:

Candidates should be a Registered CDM Coordinator with the Association for Project Safety, possess a NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety and have a minimum of five years’ experience as a CDM Coordinator. Further skills such as NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety or BOHS P405 Management of Asbestos in Buildings will be looked on favourably.

Additionally potential candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, be professional, confident and self-motivated with a methodical and well organised approach.

Candidates should be a graduate building surveyor working towards achieving chartered status, possessing some experience of building surveying including project work, writing specifications, undertaking condition surveys, etc. as well as proficiency in the use of AutoCAD
