Summers-Inman is delighted to announce that we have successfully handed over the £21.4m Cornell Quarter student accommodation project on behalf of Teesside University.
The Cornell Quarter project is a new 300-bedroom residential complex for students, arranged across 48 cluster apartments, each complete with communal facilities and with a proportion of rooms designed for students with special mobility needs.
The new 8,286 square metre development also includes a lounge, laundry facility, gym, a movie room, reception area and office space.
Working in a multidisciplinary capacity, providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services, Summers-Inman has helped client Teesside University deliver an exceptional outcome.
Main contractor for the development was Wates Group.
