Summers-Inman is proud to launch a fantastic new charity partnership with Together for Short Lives.
Our partnership with Together for Short Lives will help them to continue making a lifetime of difference for families caring for a seriously ill child. Each Summers-Inman office will be twinned with our local children’s hospice, so our fundraising will be supporting children and families in the communities where we live and work.
Summers-Inman has previously only worked with local charities in our regional offices, with our Edinburgh office supporting Children’s Hospices Across Scotland. We are thrilled that we can continue to nurture this partnership and allow it to grow by supporting children’s hospices across the UK as the partnership expands.
Together for Short Lives CEO Andy Fletcher says “We are delighted to have been chosen as Summers-Inman’s Charity of the Year – their support will help us make a difference for families facing the toughest of times. Each office will be twinned with its nearest children’s hospice, meaning the money they raise will make an impact directly in the communities where staff live and work.
We are especially proud that this partnership has grown from a regional connection with our friends at Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS) and that Summers-Inman was blown away by the fantastic support provided to families that they wanted to extend their reach to benefit children’s hospices across the UK. We’re looking forward to a great year of fundraising!”
As Summers-Inman prepares for our 100th anniversary it is fantastic to be associated with a very special organisation in Together for Short Lives! We look forward to celebrating this anniversary with them as we use this milestone as an opportunity to raise vital funds for children and families.
Ian Griffiths, Director of Summers-Inman comments “Summers-Inman are proud to be supporting Together for Short Lives in our Centenary year. We take our responsibility to help local and national causes very seriously and are excited to help support families and young people giving them precious quality time together. I’m sure our teams will be energised by meeting staff and families and the charity will have a lasting impact on all resulting in an on-going partnership.”
