Summers-Inman is delighted to be working as part of the team that has submitted planning for the CN Tower in Sheffield on behalf of Grantside Ltd, providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying services.
This proposed 10 storey, net zero-carbon office building is located on the corner of Charles Street and Norfolk Street in the heart of Sheffield city centre.
CN Tower will embody Grantside’s vision to achieve challenging sustainability and environmental targets which far exceed the ‘standard’ approach. It will feature built environment elements most strongly associated with better physical and mental health outcomes for occupants and the community.
Coda Studios is architect for the scheme and the building has been sensitively designed to respect its setting. CN Tower will contribute to Sheffield City Council’s long-term ambitions to create a more sustainable and greener city centre.
