Corporate Social Responsibility

At Summers-Inman we take our corporate social responsibility extremely seriously. Whilst often interconnecting, our CSR is delivered intrinsically as part of our business ethos and can be divided into the following areas:


Working with the communities in which we operate and deliver services is very important to us. It enables us to give something back for the benefit of the wider community. This can be through various streams, such as sponsorship or providing pro-bono services to local charitable causes.

Summers-Inman are proud to sponsor Hinckley Rugby Club, who run six senior sides, a ladies team and a full set of junior teams. The first XV currently plays in National League 2 North, a fourth-tier league in the English rugby union system. The club relies on sponsorship, mainly from local businesses, to run throughout the year and they are extremely grateful to have Summers-Inman’s support.

We have an understanding of the challenges faced by grassroots football clubs so are delighted to be able to sponsor a variety of teams local to our offices.

Thurlaston Juniors (under 10’s). The team are based locally to our Leicester office and approached us in 2018 to help them provide new kit and training wear for the children in the team.

Working in our communities and with local educational bodies, we are able to share our talent with others, provide work experience and help young people develop to their full potential.

We recognise that all activities have an influence on the environment, and we take our responsibility in this respect very seriously. As can be seen by our accreditations, we seek to continually improve on any environmental impact we may have and engage with our people on a daily basis to learn and understand how we can better provide our services whilst lessening any effect on the environment.
