Director
Alex is a Director with a business-wide national remit for Business Development and Marketing.
He has spent his entire career within the construction industry, working within professional services consultant and contractor entities, including operating at board Director level.
A professionally qualified marketeer, Alex also has masters level management qualifications.
Based within the Leeds office, he works closely with the rest of the senior management team and has national responsibility for the business development and marketing functions across the 7 offices of Summers-Inman. This includes strategy development, client relationship development, branding, communications and support of customer care.
The majority of Alex’s 25 years’ experience has been gained in working in professional construction consultancy, within sectors including Residential, Retail, Education, Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Industrial and more. This includes acting as Director and framework manager for national and regional framework agreements.
A skilled communicator, Alex excels in connecting with client and consultant peer organisations, coordinating closely with operational colleagues to ensure a focus on providing added value to clients.
An avid sports fan, Alex particularly enjoys football, cricket and golf. He has traveled widely and can often be found indulging in his great passion for cookery.
