Aynsley is a main board Director based in our Edinburgh Office and is a Chartered Building Surveyor, Project Manager and CDM Principal Designer with over 20 years of experience in the Construction industry.
Aynsley joined the Practice in 2004, shortly after achieving Chartered status and manages our Scottish region. He has a wide range of technical skill, knowledge and experience in all aspects of project and professional Building Surveying services including dilapidations, technical due diligence, commercial pre-acquisition and defect analysis.
He has considerable experience working in all sectors of the Construction industry for both private and public sector clients. He also provides advisory services in respect of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM) including provision of the Principal Designer role and is a Certified Member of the Association for Project Safety.
Aynsley is the Framework Director/Lead for a number of long-standing clients, including several local authorities and housing associations.
Outside the office, Aynsley is a passionate rugby union supporter and a member of a local rugby club. He enjoys live rock music and spending time with his family.
