Chris is a Director based in our Leicester Office with over 20 years of experience in the Construction industry both as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager
Specialising in the Retail sector, Chris has provided Cost Planning & Management Services, Employer’s Agent, Contract Administration and Project Management services to several of the nation’s favourite retail brands and is currently account lead with two of our largest retail clients, Tesco and McDonalds.
The experience and breadth of knowledge accumulated over the past 20 years by Chris and his colleagues in Leicester, both across new build and refurbishment projects, has led to Summers-Inman being a go-to practice for many of our retail clients when specialist and challenging retail projects arise.
Chris joined the Practice in 2001 and has previous experience working in both the Residential and Highways sectors of the industry.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys football, golf and travelling with his family.
