Dan is a Director, based in our Leicester Office, and is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 16 years of construction industry experience.
Joining Summers-Inman in 2017, Dan manages the Building Surveyors in the Midlands and focuses on providing a strong, motivated and engaged multi-disciplinary team to deliver services both locally and nationally.
Dan has extensive experience in key disciplines, including Contract Administration, Design Services, Project Management, Health & Safety and Asset Management expertise. His knowledge focuses on design and specification services for new build and refurbishment projects, preparation of tender documentation and procurement, defect diagnosis, condition survey programmes and planning preventative maintenance schedules, principal designer services and managing the delivery of projects from inception through to completion.
Services are provided to both the public and private sector clients, including Education, Food & Drink, Utilities, Healthcare, Local Authorities and the Housing sector.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys whitewater kayaking, playing football and going to the gym.
