David is a main board Director and a Fellow of the RICS. Primarily based in Leeds, he is responsible for the management and expansion of core services delivered from our Northern Region offices in Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle. David works closely with his fellow Directors and senior management teams across the
northern region and nationally.
The majority of David’s 30+ years of experience has been gained in working in partnership with public and private sector clients including Residential, Retirement Living, Sports & Leisure, Hotels, Education, Health and mixed-use developments. David has widespread knowledge of procurement procedures and continues to play an integral part in the many frameworks and partnerships we are involved in.
Extensive experience as acting as Employer’s Agent and Cost Manager for many of the region’s registered providers and retirement living specialists, including care and extra-care developments.
David’s willingness to listen to others; ability to think laterally and promote a culture of collaboration continues to strengthen the solutions provided by the Practice. A key strength of David’s is to understand a client’s business from within; identify the true drivers and develop solutions to achieve and exceed our client’s expectations.
Outside of the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife and family, travelling and fly-fishing in the Yorkshire Dales.
