Associate Director
Suzanne is an Associate Director based in our Leicester Office who joined Summers Inman in 2007.
Suzanne is an integral part of our Project Management team with an excellent understanding of the contract administration process and systems both pre and post contract. She is an important asset providing technical support to the delivery teams at all stages of the project across various sectors although primarily in the healthcare sector.
Suzanne also has extensive experience in providing health and safety services having undertaken the role across the various changes to the CDM Regulations. She has a keen eye for detail with a logical approach to risk management. Having this knowledge assists when providing Project Management services and reviewing design proposals as it allows elements to be reviewed at an early stage and limits the risk for additional costs at a later stage should something be overlooked.
In addition to the above, Suzanne also assists our in-house BREEAM Assessors with the compilation of BREEAM Assessments for healthcare, office and leisure projects.
Suzanne has good interpersonal and technical skills with the drive and ambition to achieve the Client’s needs.
Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending festivals and has a passion for Harry Potter.
