Summers-Inman are delighted to be working alongside the professional team and contractor to create a 63,500 sqft development of Grade A Offices and nine workspace units at Pioneer Park, Leicester.
The site recently saw contractor Wilten Construction host Brackley Property Developments Ltd, Leicester City Council and Leicester City’s Mayor Sir Peter Soulsby, at a steel-topping ceremony.
Pioneer Park is located north of Leicester city centre and is also home to the iconic National Space Centre.
