Client: Severn Trent Water
Project Outline: Severn Trent Water use a JCT Measured Term Contract to carry out reactive and planned building maintenance works across their entire estate covering 10 counties and over 8,000 sites.
The contract is also used to deliver mini capex projects involving path and road replacements, roof replacements and minor refurbishment projects. A priced schedule of rates is used to calculate works order final accounts and works requirements are captured using a dedicated helpline.

Roles and Achievements: Summers-Inman provides a dedicated helpline and Contract Administrator services which involves raising almost 1,000 works order instructions per month. Our bespoke system captures management and accounting information to ensure that Summers-Inman can deliver up to date management reports to the clients which include finance, committed spend, budget, and KPI performance reports and dashboards.
As part of a robust assurance process, all final accounts are audited by our Quantity Surveyors with a sample of accounts being audited on site for accuracy, quality and workmanship.
