Project Outline:  Summers-Inman provided the role of Cost Consultant and Employer’s Agent on the City Law School project at Sebastian Street.

This impressive facility, set in the heart of the Northampton Square campus, contains modern classrooms and dynamic social spaces which complement The City Law School’s forward thinking approach to teaching and learning. The multi-storey building features staff offices, modern seminar and meeting rooms, a mock court room, a legal clinic, specialist recording rooms and state of the art Library and social learning areas which encourage a more informal and interactive style of learning. The complex marries together the two existing former factories on the site with the modern new build element.

The Sebastian Street project is one of many projects successfully delivered throughout Summers-Inman’s association with the University.
