Services: Principal Designer, CDM Advisor

Roles and Achievements: As CDM Advisor we assisted the client in ensuring that their duties under the CDM Regulations were met. This included:

• Reviewing the clients’ project health and safety management strategies and arrangements.
• Providing health and safety advice to the client.
• Monitoring and reporting to the client on the Principal Contractors’ performance in managing and updating the construction phase plan, and
• Visiting the site periodically during the construction phase and reporting to the client in compliance with the CDM Regulations.

We were highly commended for our innovative and comprehensive service. We have subsequently been commissioned by the design team to provide them with CDM advisor services.
