Roles and Achievements: Summers-Inman acted as Employers Agent and Cost Manager for the delivery of this Project for Brackley Property Development Limited. The scheme required close and good communication with the neighbour occupier Travis Perkins PLC as the new build project impacted their existing day to day operation.
The provision of statutory services to the site also provided a challenge in terms of co-ordination of the incoming services and the location outside of the site boundary in which the services needed to be laid working on an existing ‘live’ business park
