Project Outline: Located just outside the market town of Pickering, this new extra care retirement village development consisted in total of 88 bungalows and a central communal facility complete with 90 apartments. Phase 2 consisted of a further 41 1 and 2 bedroom bungalows. The scheme has been developed in a joint venture partnership with MHA Care Group.

Roles and Achievements: Despite facing a series of potential delays due to archaeological findings on the site, Phase 1 of this £25.50m scheme was delivered 6 weeks ahead of programme, following a series of re-programming exercises in consultation with the client and the contractor. Successful completion of Phase 2, within budget, was achieved in March 2018.
