Project Outline: Residential development of a large, derelict site with outline planning for approximately 1300 new homes, a public house and a convenience store. To date we have constructed, or are on site with, approximately 600 dwellings ranging from 2 bed starter homes to 4 and 5 bedroom family homes.
We commenced our involvement in 2014 with the remediation of Phases 1, 2 and 3. Once construction works moved around the scheme, Phases 4 and 5 were remediated. The whole development is market sale with contractual arrangements with the construction partners to move forward at the same progression as the sales allow.

Roles and Achievements: Our in-house building surveyors were involved in many party wall situations when constructing various retaining party structures. Principal Designer services are also being undertaken by our in-house H&S team.
