Project Outline: Since 2016, Summers Inman has delivered in excess of 130 projects, providing Project Management, Quantity Surveying, MES support and Principal Designer services for all Philips’ enabling works projects. This includes Digital X-Rays, Cath Labs, CT Scanners, IGTs and MRI suites.
Summers Inman has also provided support in the standardisation of procedures, including contract production and contract administration.

Roles and Achievements: Summers Inman has provided a multitude of services on all Philips’ enabling works projects. One of the key roles has been the delivery of Project Management and Quantity surveying services, which has also entailed contract administration, for the duration of the entire project through to practical completion.
Summers Inman also provides MES support and Principal Designer services to many sites, ensuring that the Health & Safety conditions are met, whilst using their past knowledge and experience of the Philip’s enabling works projects to mitigate risks of future works.
By working closely with Philips’ procurement and Quantity Surveying team, we have been able to create a streamlined process which provides a standardised and efficient service to all stakeholders involved in each site’s project.
