Project Outline: This project was the comprehensive refit of an existing 6000sqft office facility.

• Cycle store for 72 bikes
• Changing facilities
• Lightwell social spaces
• Library space
• Quiet working
• Focus rooms
• Quiet escape rooms
• Multi faith room
• Car charging facilities
• Complete overhaul of MEP including provision of new generators and BMS system

Services: Cost Management, Technical Design and Principal Designer.

Roles and Achievements:  The building will house the Swindon based digital teams and is designed to allow for working in an agile way by providing a high proportion of collaboration spaces that are dispersed among the desking areas. This enables the teams to move easily between desk based and collaborative activities
