Roles and Achievements: A complex project which involved the conversion of a Grade II listed psychiatric hospital into a retirement living facility providing 40nr independent apartments including a new build extension. The facility provides a 24 hour warden service, a secure facility set in maintained landscaped gardens with an art deco restaurant and residents lounge and garden room, hairdressers, and on site laundry.
