We have been involved in many remediation schemes where large “dirty” former industrial sites have been brought back in to use by government agencies and offered to the private sector as sites for housing, business parks and retail outlets. The work involved has included removal of contaminates, ground stabilisation, extensive remodelling of contours, and river edge treatment before roads, sewers and utilities can be provided.
