Our Heritage specialists have extensive experience in working on historically or architecturally significant buildings. We use digital surveying and visualisation techniques, including BIM and Revit for data capture. These provide accurate 3D-drawing models of existing buildings for the designers to use for works of alteration, extension, repair and remodelling. We also assist in resolving dilapidation disputes and provide guidance on property and building legislation, including rights of light and fire precautions.
