Summers-Inman is delighted to announce that the Teesside University Student Life Building has been named as winner of the Education award at the 2020 RICS North East Social Impact Awards.
The new 3-storey building is a technologically-enabled environment, supporting a variety of learning styles, activities and attendance patterns.
It offers a fantastic range of high quality flexible spaces, enabling social and collaborative learning.
Summers-Inman provided Project Management and Cost Consultancy for the project which also incorporates an information zone, consulting rooms, offices and a cafe.
