As construction and property consultancy specialists we are a leading supplier to national and regional framework agreements which have been competitively tendered through open market competition.
These established public sector frameworks allow access to our services, through OJEU compliant routes. This enables an easier, quicker and cheaper procurements route through which public sector clients may appoint our services.
Where we work
We work nationally on the PROSPER framework, through CHIC (Communities & Housing Investment Consortium) we support various regions, via the Procure Partnerships Framework approved supplier agreement which supports public sector bodies to procure contract partners, the NHS Shared Business Services framework and the ESPO property, building and infrastructure framework.
We are also appointed to the North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) construction professional services framework agreement.
As a multi-disciplinary consultancy, we are approved suppliers across a range of disciplines from surveying, health & safety, employers agent, principal designer, quantity surveying, project management and integrated team services.

The benefits of frameworks

Frameworks also help raise standards in the industry, in terms of materials, processes and reporting, ensuring that suppliers to the public sector are constantly evolving their business practices and sustainability efforts.
