As construction and property consultancy specialists we are a leading supplier to national and regional framework agreements which have been competitively tendered through open market competition.

These established public sector frameworks allow access to our services, through OJEU compliant routes. This enables an easier, quicker and cheaper procurements route through which public sector clients may appoint our services.

Where we work

We work nationally on the PROSPER framework, through CHIC (Communities & Housing Investment Consortium) we support various regions, via the Procure Partnerships Framework approved supplier agreement which supports public sector bodies to procure contract partners, the NHS Shared Business Services framework and the ESPO property, building and infrastructure framework.

We are also appointed to the North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) construction professional services framework agreement.

St George’s Academy, Sleaford: Project management & quantity surveying for a two-storey extension to provide five new teaching classrooms, ancillary accommodation and a first-floor extension to create performing arts space. Procured through the Procure Partnerships Framework Approved Supplier Agreement.

2. Teesside University Net Zero Building: Project management and quantity surveying for a Net Zero Carbon and BREEAM Outstanding-rated national facility for technological research, development, demonstration and transfer. Procured through the NEUPC Consultants’ Framework.

3. Teesside University The Buttery: Quantity surveyor & contract administrator for design and extensive refurbishment of an existing two-storey building in addition to a new extension to create a postgraduate student study with a BREEAM Excellent rating. Procured through the NEUPC Consultants’ Framework.
