Award-winning construction and property consultant Summers-Inman, has strengthened its team with the recent appointment of a new Director.
Joining Summers-Inman from Pulse Consultancy in Birmingham, James Smalley will join the leadership team for the Midland region and brings with him a wealth of experience.
James who has spent the last 17 years in Quantity Surveying has worked across projects in residential, civil and commercial, all of which mirror Summers-Inman’s core business areas.
James will be leading on commercial projects from £1m to £10m in size in addition to growing the Birmingham office.
