Summers-Inman Celebrates International Women’s Day 2025

At Summers-Inman we are proud to be supporting International Women’s Day 2025.

International Women’s Day on March 8^th is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality. The theme this year is that collectively we can #AccelerateAction for gender equality.

Significant activity is witnessed worldwide as groups come together to celebrate. It is also a day when thousands of fund-raising activities for female-focused charities get underway.

Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that’s diverse, equitable and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. 

Organisations and groups can #AccelerateAction through action in areas such as:

• forging women’s economic empowerment
• recruiting, retaining and developing female talent
• supporting women and girls into leadership, decision-making, business and STEM
• designing and building infrastructure meeting the needs of women and girls
• helping women and girls make informed decisions about their health
• providing women and girls with access to quality education and training
• promoting creative and artistic talent of women and girls
