Summers-Inman has completed demolition and site clearance works for the former Speedy Bake premises in Wakefield.
The scheme for the the circa 7 acre has handed over on project programme in August 2020.
The former Speedy Bake factory was extensively damaged by fire earlier this year, and resulted in ABF deciding to demolish all the buildings to provide a cleared site.
Summers-Inman was appointed as Construction Manager and Principal Contractor under our framework agreement with Allied Bakeries/Associated British Foods (ABF).
